Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration details and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or for the organization you represent.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether performed by you, your team, or anyone who gains access because your credentials were exposed or poorly protected.

You must keep your contact information current so HostNodex can send security, billing, and abuse-related notices.

You must use strong passwords, protect access credentials, and promptly investigate suspicious activity on your account or servers.

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Respond to abuse or compliance notices within 72 hours unless a shorter deadline is required because of severity or law enforcement involvement.
• Cooperate with reasonable security or compliance requests needed to protect the platform, other customers, or third parties.

Paid HostNodex VPS plans are recurring subscriptions. They renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout until you actively cancel them.

You authorize HostNodex and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any clearly disclosed charges tied to the service.

Displayed pricing, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout or invoice control for the purchased service. HostNodex may update future recurring prices with notice before a later renewal takes effect.

Cancellation must be initiated through the provided billing or support channel. Simply stopping payment does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription unless HostNodex expressly states otherwise for that service type.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right for a new paid VPS order, HostNodex will honor that right. Any such right may be limited, waived, or excluded where the law allows, including for fully performed services or certain third-party licenses and add-ons.

If payment is overdue, HostNodex may suspend, restrict, or terminate the affected service. VPS services may be shut down or deleted after non-payment, and data may become unrecoverable.

HostNodex aims to provide stable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream incidents, abuse mitigation, and third-party failures can affect availability.

Any platform snapshots or courtesy backups are convenience features only. You remain responsible for maintaining separate backups of critical data outside the service when appropriate.

HostNodex may modify, replace, or discontinue service features, upstream integrations, or technical implementations where reasonably necessary for security, operations, or product changes.

HostNodex may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, create material security risk, fail to pay, or expose the platform to legal or operational harm.

Where practical, HostNodex will try to warn you first. Immediate action may still be taken for malware, spam, phishing, confirmed compromise, unlawful content, or other severe abuse scenarios.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HostNodex provides the service on an as-is and as-available basis and disclaims implied warranties not expressly required by law.

HostNodex is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

HostNodex total liability for claims tied to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you for the affected service during the 12 months before the claim arose, except where mandatory law requires a different result.

You agree to indemnify HostNodex for claims, penalties, and reasonable third-party costs caused by your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or content and conduct attributable to your account.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your home jurisdiction.
